Website & shipment information
Tracking information is shown from shipment records maintained by ParcelXpress operations. Estimated delivery dates and serviceability information are indicative and may require confirmation for the exact address, parcel type and operating conditions.
Shipment acceptance
Shipments may be refused where packaging is unsafe, information is incomplete, or the contents are prohibited or restricted by law, carrier policy or transport regulations.
Charges & commercial terms
Applicable charges, COD handling, account billing, insurance and special handling are confirmed separately according to the shipment and customer arrangement.
Delivery exceptions
Delays can occur because of address issues, weather, security restrictions, regulatory checks, operational disruption or events outside reasonable control.
Support
Keep the Order ID or AWB available when contacting customer care so the shipment record can be located quickly.
Information used for shipping
Shipment records can include sender or receiver names, phone numbers, email addresses, routes, payment type and operational tracking notes.
Public tracking
The public tracking result does not display the customer phone number, email address or internal admin notes.
Contact enquiries
Details submitted through the contact form are used to respond to the enquiry and are not intended for public display.
Data access
Shipment administration is restricted to authenticated WordPress users with administrator-level permission.
Use your shipment reference
Use the Order ID or AWB shown on your booking information when checking shipment status.
Mobile tracking
The website does not send an OTP for the Mobile tracking tab. Do not share banking credentials or OTPs with anyone claiming they are required to view ParcelXpress tracking.
Suspicious requests
If you receive an unexpected request for money, credentials or an OTP in the name of ParcelXpress, independently contact customer care before taking action.
